Reducing Pests in the Crawl Space

A crawl space collects entry points over time. Vent screens rust through, access doors swell and sag, and the gaps around plumbing and wiring penetrations were often never sealed at all. Alabama's long humid season adds the second half of the invitation: damp soil and sheltered air that insects and rodents actively seek out. APS addresses both halves structurally. Every penetration through the foundation gets sealed individually, because a mouse needs an opening about the width of a dime.
