This customer called in to us because his crawl space was holding water. He also had damp smells coming from the inside and ants had migrated inside his kitchen. After Steve went out to inspect it was found that the outer walls and ground was damp inside the crawlspace and there was visible growth on the wood. The typical cause of this would be ground water seeping from ground and walls due to the underground crawlspace. We highly recommend fixing this to deter future wood damage and remove damp smells as well as having an improved health benefit.

What We Did

This customer chose APS to come out because we were their existing termite company. We offered a solution of doing a full Encapsulation and starting our quarterly pest control plan. Doing a full encapsulation will ensure that we can provide proper drainage to the sump pump. The recommended products we use are our patented Liner, and EZ Flo Drainage System, a Dehumidifier, insulated, and a Sump Pump.
