Start a foundation repair career
APS has worked on Alabama foundations since 1977, across foundation repair, waterproofing, crawl space work, concrete and gutters. The work is technical and it is visible: crews diagnose why a structure is moving and then fix it, and the result is something a homeowner can see and stand on.

APS is family owned and now in its second generation. The company partners with local organisations and takes part in community work including Habitat for Humanity and local fundraising.
Who we look for
People who care about doing the diagnosis properly rather than selling a product, and who want to work somewhere that values professionalism and community involvement. Field experience helps but the willingness to learn the engineering matters more.
