Seeing the difference
A written estimate describes what will change. A before and after pair shows it. Across foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, waterproofing and concrete leveling, the same pattern holds: the visible symptom is what the homeowner noticed, and the repair addresses the mechanism underneath it.
Our crews document work on site as it happens, so the pairs shown are the same property photographed at the start of a job and again once the repair is complete.
What to look for
In foundation work, watch the door and window openings and the mortar joints rather than the pier itself. In crawl spaces, look at the ground cover, the framing and the vents. In concrete leveling, look at the joints between slabs and the transition where a driveway meets a garage.
